Notice provided in accord with Arts. 13-14 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2016/679
We inform you that, in order to commence and effect the current contractual relationship with you, our organisation is in possession of your information–which we may have acquired verbally, directly, or through third parties—classified as personal by European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
As per that notice, our processing shall be performed in accord with principles of accuracy, licitness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and of your rights.
In accord, therefore, with Art. 13 del GDPR 2016/679, we are furnishing you with the following information:
Nature of the processed information: We process your personal information in order to perform our press office activities, both those presently underway and those in the future. Such information is processed without your express consent (Art. 24, a, b, c of Privacy Code and Art. 6, b, of the GDPR), only and exclusively for the following service purposes: to inform you of our press office activities, compose invitations to special events, offer shipments of complimentary products.
In any circumstance, you may at any moment request the cancellation of your information from our list by contacting: memo@thurner-pr.com.
Purpose and duration of processing: Your information is processed for the entire duration of our activities, and, in any case, through 31 December 2022.
The Owner will process the information for the time required to achieve the above-mentioned objectives and in any case for not more than 10 years from cessation of the relationship for Purpose of Services.
Manner of processing: Processing will be performed either with manual instruments and/or with computer-and cloud-based programs, with organisational and processing programming strictly determined by the stated purposes and in any case performed in a manner that ensures the security, integrity, and the confidentiality of such information, in accord with the organisational, physical, and logical measures required by current legislation.
Obligation or ability to provide information: With regard to the information that we are obligated to know, and in order to perform the legally-required obligations, we will be unable to commence or continue the relationship should you not agree to provide said information, since such data is required for execution of said services.
Extent of awareness of your information: The following categories of individuals may acquire awareness of your information, as a result of their responsibilities as managers or as processors nominated by the processing Owner; executives, administrators, and unions; internal administration departments; accounting and invoicing departments; marketing staff; sales agents and representatives.
Communication and divulgation: We will not divulge your information to unspecified third parties through their availability or consultation. We may communicate your information to parties and to public and private entities in general, who possess specific qualifications and to whom we are obligated (by legal norms, or by secondary or community regulations) or with whom we must communicate, as well as to our own consultants, within parameters necessary for fulfilling their duties to our organisation, as detailed in our commissioning letter, which imposes confidentiality and privacy.
Your rights: As affected party, you enjoy the rights specified in Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and in Art. 15 of the GDPR, specifically, the right to: i. Obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal information that pertain to you, even that which is not yet officially registered, and of its communication in an intelligible form; ii. Obtain an indication: a) of the origin of such information; b) of the purpose and methods of processing; c) of the applied logic in case of processing via electronic means; d) of identifying information about the Owner, managers, and processors delegated in accord with Art. 5, para. 2 of the Privacy Code and Art. 3, para. 1, of the GDPR; e) of the parties or categories of parties to whom your information may be communicated or who may learn of your information as designated representatives in the territory of this Country; iii, Obtain a) information updating, correction, or integration; b) erasure, transformation into anonymous form, or blockage of information processed in contravention of law, including information not required for the purposes the information was collected or successively processed; c) confirmation that the operations specified in a) and b) were, including their contents as well, subjected in fact to the attention of those to whom the information was communicated or divulged, except in those cases in which fulfilment is impossible or requires use of means obviously disproportionate to the protected right; iv. Refuse, wholly or in part: a) for legitimate reason, the processing of information pertaining to you, even if pertinent to the collection purpose; b) the processing of information pertinent to you intended for transmittal of advertising or direct marketing materials, or for market research, or marketing communications, through utilisation of automated telephonic systems requiring operator-less email and/or traditional telephone or paper-based marketing methods.
Where applicable, you also enjoy the rights specified in Arts. 16-21 of the GDPR (Right of correction, right to be forgotten, right to processing limitation, right to information portability, right to refusal) as well as the right of complaint to the Protection Authority. At any time, you may obtain information concerning the existence or not of your personal data, the communication of said data, and the purposes of its processing. In addition, you may obtain the cancelation, transformation into anonymous form, or blockage of any information process in contravention of law, as well as the updating, correction, or, if you have a founded interest, data integration. You may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing itself of the information.
We kindly ask you to inform, in a timely manner, the appropriate official Department any change in your personal information, so that we can remain in conformity with Art. 11, (c ) of the above-cited regulation, which requires that the collected information be correct, and hence up-to-date.
